Future paid services
Before Farsail launches a paid software service, the applicable checkout page and product terms will identify pricing, what is included, renewal conditions, and the refund rules that apply to that purchase.
Billing errors
When paid services become available, customers will be able to contact us about duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or service failures. Each request will be reviewed using transaction records and the terms shown at the time of purchase.
